Victoria Wheeler
Operations Director
Victoria joined Ideal in 2005 originally working on delivering our PACs and RIS projects. As Operations director she holds overall responsibility for the quality delivery of our projects and heads up our Change, Training and go live support services. Our methodology is based on extensive experience of what is required to ensure a safe and effective go live. Victoria’s first delivery project was in 2009, taking a greenfield site, safely and successfully live, since then she has worked on over 30 training and go live projects. She ensures that our training and go live support strategy benefits from lessons learned at every delivery and takes personal responsibility for providing scoping, management and delivery across all care settings. She is passionate about ensuring that the patient experience is not compromised at that early live stage and suggests innovative solutions that enable the Trust to benefit from our experience without being dependent upon it.

Jill De Bene
Delivery Director
Jill is an experienced Health Service Specialist who has led major change programmes within and with the NHS. She provides wide ranging expertise in: Benefits identification and realisation, Procurement, Strategic Change, change management and transformation, Client engagement, communications, bid management, Complex , matrix programme management, Operational management, Executive level coaching and development, Whole group facilitation. Jill has led large scale Change Management, Process Improvement and IT projects requiring the building of strong multi-agency partnerships and sector wide communication and engagement. Her experience includes managing acute and community trusts in the UK and commissioning new hospitals abroad. Jill holds an MSc in Management Development from Bristol and is a qualified coach and Six sigma practitioner.

Tas Hind
IM&T Strategy and Transformation Consultant
Tas is a Business Transformation and IT strategy consultant and delivery specialist with more than 20 years’ experience at senior management level, delivering large and complex business, operational, clinical and IT transformations, spanning the project lifecycle. With particular expertise in the healthcare sector, she has worked across Acute and Primary Care, and has spent time in the NHS Trusts, collaborating with NHS Digital and transforming admin and clinical processes through EPR and other healthcare solutions. Prior to joining Ideal Healthcare Tas worked for CSC and holds an MSc in Business Management Systems (with disctinction) from Warwick Business School, Prince2 qualifications Foundation and Practitioner and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Richard Greenwood
Principal Consultant/ Training specialist
20+ years training management and delivery experience in healthcare and the private sector; Richard is the first point of contact within Ideal regarding training related matters. He is Ideal’s lead SME on assessment of training strategy and planning, lesson planning, materials development, e-learning, implementation and overall quality assurance, providing the lead role in NHS Trusts clinical application training. He is TAP Accredited: the Queen’s Award-winning train-the-trainer and training accreditation programme.

Peter Gerber
Strategic Director
Peter is the strategic director for Ideal Health. Over the past 12 years, Peter has worked with hundreds of NHS organisations, from NHS Scotland, NHS Wales and BSO, to acute trusts and primary care organisations, to think tanks and professional associations, to support and inform quality improvement and efficiency. Peter’s passion is understanding the people behind every healthcare organisation, what they’re trying to achieve and helping them to achieve it.
Nikki Brunt
RTT SME
Articulate and knowledgeable, Nikki brings experience drawn from her 20+ years working in the NHS in EPR, information analysis, reporting on IT projects, as well as recent work in the private sector. She has expert knowledge of Referral to Treatment (RTT), NHS data dictionary, National reporting standards and provides RTT Consultancy and training services. Nikki specialises in working alongside system suppliers, clinicians and managers to develop and maintain statutory reporting from data collection, validation, audit and analysis through to internal and external reports.

Martin Bell
Independent Consultant
Martin runs his own consultancy, specialising in healthcare, healthcare IT and strategic business advice and support. With 33 years in a variety of sectors (defence, retail, software, construction) including 15 in healthcare (NHS CIO and clinical systems supplier Deputy MD), Martin has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Martin offers consultancy services including strategic advice, NHS, health and social care market knowledge, practical business support, grant and investment cases, bids and tenders. Martin especially has an in-depth knowledge of healthcare IT and is very well networked across the industry, within the NHS and on the supplier side.

Mike Tatlow
PACS Consultant
Mike is by profession a Radiographer. He moved into education in 1988 after a 4 year sting in Europe, and has been actively involved in Radiology Informatics since 1996. He began with an academic career as a Senior Lecturer at a London University, where he researched the use of PACS within Radiographer education. During his time in higher education he successfully managed and delivered a distance learning course for Ultrasound, which was funded by the European Community. In 2006, he left academia to return to the NHS to become a PACS manager, which he continues to do. Mike has been associated with Ideal Training for many years, and has always maintained a Radiology Informatics training profile, and is now active in revising the Ideal stable of courses to reflect the re-emergence of Ideal into the training arena.

Mark Givens
Commercial Director
Mark joined Ideal as Operations Manager in 2014 after relocating back to the UK from America. Mark has owned and run a diverse number of companies over a long professional career. Mark has now undertaken the responsibility as Commercial Director and is dedicated to delivering Ideal’s staffing projects, as well as having day to day oversight of the office processes and administration.
