Jill De Bene
Delivery Director
Jill is an experienced Health Service Specialist who has led major change programmes within and with the NHS. She provides wide ranging expertise in: Benefits identification and realisation, Procurement, Strategic Change, change management and transformation, Client engagement, communications, bid management, Complex , matrix programme management, Operational management, Executive level coaching and development, Whole group facilitation. Jill has led large scale Change Management, Process Improvement and IT projects requiring the building of strong multi-agency partnerships and sector wide communication and engagement. Her experience includes managing acute and community trusts in the UK and commissioning new hospitals abroad. Jill holds an MSc in Management Development from Bristol and is a qualified coach and Six sigma practitioner.
Richard Greenwood
Principal Consultant/ Training specialist
20+ years training management and delivery experience in healthcare and the private sector; Richard is the first point of contact within Ideal regarding training related matters. Richard has been responsible for delivering many EPR and other Health systems training projects and is Ideal’s lead SME on assessment of training strategy and planning, lesson planning, materials development, e-learning, implementation and overall quality assurance, providing the lead role in NHS Trusts clinical application training. He is TAP Accredited: the Queen’s Award-winning train-the-trainer and training accreditation programme.
Peter Gerber
Strategic Director
Peter is the strategic director for Ideal Health. Over the past 12 years, Peter has worked with hundreds of NHS organisations, from NHS Scotland, NHS Wales and BSO, to acute trusts and primary care organisations, to think tanks and professional associations, to support and inform quality improvement and efficiency. Peter’s passion is understanding the people behind every healthcare organisation, what they’re trying to achieve and helping them to achieve it.
Martin Bell
Independent Consultant
Martin specialises in healthcare IT and strategic business advice and support. With 33 years in a variety of sectors (defence, retail, software, construction) including 15 in healthcare (NHS CIO and clinical systems supplier Deputy MD), Martin has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Martin’s experience covers strategic advice, NHS, health and social care market knowledge, business cases, procurement and implementation.
Mike Tatlow
Health Informatics and PACS Consultant
Mike is by profession a Radiographer. He moved into education in 1988 after a 4 year sting in Europe, and has been actively involved in Radiology Informatics since 1996. He began with an academic career as a Senior Lecturer at a London University, where he researched the use of PACS within Radiographer education. During his time in higher education he successfully managed and delivered a distance learning course for Ultrasound, which was funded by the European Community. In 2006, he left academia to return to the NHS to become a PACS manager, which he continues to do. Mike has been associated with Ideal for many years, overseeing and delivering health informatics and PACS training to both vendor and Trust clients.
Sarah Boyd
Delivery Consultant
Sarah Boyd is passionate about using positive techniques, engagement and communications to facilitate real, tangible change. Using her background in occupational and organisational psychology and positive psychology Sarah has worked with a number of NHS organisation to develop numerous strategies and deliver major programmes of change.
Mark Givens
Commercial Director
Mark has worked for a number of service delivery companies over a long professional career. Mark has management responsbility for overseeing the quality of delivery for many of our larger, resource heavy projects and for maintaining our quality certifications such as ISO 9001.
